Terms of Use and Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • First: Shipping, Delivery and Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 2 working days of order confirmation (excluding shipping time).
  • Shipping time within Saudi Arabia: 2-6 working days depending on the shipping company and the distance between cities.
  • Note: Shipping time is an estimate and may be affected by order volume or emergency circumstances at shipping companies.
  • Shipping address: The address must be entered correctly and completely. If there is an error in the address, the store disclaims responsibility if the order is canceled or rejected by the shipping company, and no compensation can be claimed.
  • Shipping fees: Non-refundable.
  • If you choose to pay via installment services (Tabi/Tamara), you are obligated to receive your order within the timeframe specified by the shipping company. If the shipment is not received or is refused without a valid reason, the store reserves the right to deduct shipping and delivery fees, as well as any associated administrative or logistical charges. Furthermore, the installment company's (Tabi/Tamara) policies regarding order cancellation or refunds may apply, according to their terms and conditions.

Second: Return and Cancellation Policy

  • The return period is only 48 hours from the time the order is received from the shipping company.
  • The product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original condition . The store reserves the right to refuse any damaged or non-compliant product.
  • If there is a problem with the product, it will be received and examined before a decision is made regarding replacement or compensation.
  • Order cancellation: The amount will be transferred within a period of up to 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
